“Consistently and repetitiously doing the same thing yet expecting a different result each time.”

“If you continue to do what you’ve always done, you’ll continue to get what you’ve always gotten.”

While not the clinical definition of insanity, I’ve always found the above saying to be very accurate. Especially in business and health.

All too often I’ve consulted with individuals who want to start a business, but never stick with anything long enough to see it through. Yet they still think it’s the next “big thing” that is going to make them successful.

Their pattern doesn’t add up. I call this insanity.

How many people consistently get sick, yet continue to eat the same processed crap everyday, but think the next medicine, the next doctor visit will “cure” them?

If you want change, YOU have to change. But often it’s easier for everyone else to see this but yourself.
