For the past few weeks I’ve been waking up early and exercising. Sometimes walking, sometimes running, sometimes lifting weights or performing functional body movement & exercise. But the point is I’ve developed a morning routine. Since doing so I’ve lost weight, have more energy and increased mental clarity.

I’ve always heard that the highest performers, whether in business, sports, etc. have a regular, daily routine, and I’m finding that to truly be the case.

Consistency is hard work. Having a regular routine to fall back on makes it easier.
