I’ve always appreciated typography. I might not be the best at it, but I’m pretty damn good at recognizing good typography when I see it. Lot’s of open, clean white space is what I’m currently into.

Part of the reason for writing here is to give myself an outlet from business, but also to experiment with new designs and typographical layouts. Since I use the Genesis framework, there is always a lot of testing and trying out new things, both for clients, and internal projects. This will be no exception.

The current fonts I’m playing with are both Google fonts, Lustria and Lato. Lustria is a serif, and Lato is a sans. The idea is to focus on the writing, and not let the font/typography get in the way of that. I think these two do a nice job of that. What do you think?
